6 ways to enhance your daily mood

It is common for anyone to go from high to low mood throughout the day. And those moods can be high or low because of physiological needs or can be triggered by other factors that we can't control. There are 6 things that can improve your daily mood:

1. Get organized. Have everything planned out the night before the new day. For instance, clothing you are going to wear, lunch/snack prepared the night before, grocery list written down or detailed day plan layout etc. It will help you to stay on track of things to do.




2. Clean up your space (desk or area around it). In my opinion cleaning up can definitely help to feel more focused and organized.

3. Walk, meditate or do exercise or at least spend a few minutes outdoors if you can. That tip will help you to release stress of the day.

4. Gratitude for things and people in your life. Also, don’t forget to be grateful for good health and for your existence!

5. Having a little treat in the form of one favorite food, desert or an energizing drink worth mentioning. Very strict dietary food restrictions can make you sad and take your focus out to that desired craving of the day vs. getting things done.

6. Going through the things that are accomplished in a day (in your mind or writing down in your notes) can feel very rewarding and will definitely put a big smile on your face.
